Connect with yourself to plan your specific achievable goals and prepare your environment so that you can begin adjusting to your desired detox diet.
Module 2 - Detox
April 23 - 26
Immerse in the heart of the cleanse to follow your tailored set plans, slow down your body while it’s cleaning so that you can rest and connect with yourselves.
Module 3 - Integrate foods back in
Slowly integrate omitted foods back into our diet and slowly return back to a renewed, rejuvenated sense of yourself.

Before settling there, she gained respect for plants through farm work across the country, sparking her love for herbalism. Overcoming personal health challenges, Michelle believes in the power of herbalism, holistic nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle for vibrant wellness.
She offers sign language herbal workshops and enjoys outdoor adventures, tending to her herb garden, and exploring local markets and coffee shops when not seeing clients.
Yoga With Beatrice
Excited to have Beatrice, a Deaf Yoga Instructor, lead our rejuvenating practice! With over 10 years of teaching yoga and expertise in mindfulness, herbalism, and reiki, she creates powerful experiences by blending healing modalities.
Her gentle approach fosters self-awareness, allowing students to personalize their practice and discover new insights. Outside of teaching, she enjoys planning nature trips with her growing family and adventure cat.
