Are cravings running the show? Here’s another way…

Have you been caught in the cravings—sweet foods, salty chips, and snacks that feel so comforting in the moment, but you know aren’t supporting you in the long run?

Last night while meditating, I felt a wave of emotions—first anger, then sadness. As the sadness came, I had the strongest urge to reach for a sugary drink. For me, it has always felt easier to cover up the feelings than to sit with them. But the truth is, those quick fixes only offer temporary comfort while leaving the deeper patterns untouched.

In that moment, I recognized something important: so much of my life has been lived reacting to emotions with food, without even realizing it. This is the same kind of awareness that participants in the cleanse often come to—recognizing what truly lies beneath cravings and lifestyle habits.

If you’ve been longing to understand the root of your cravings and create change that lasts, this is the perfect opportunity. The cleanse isn’t just about food—it’s about reconnecting with yourself, learning to show up fully, and cultivating a lifestyle rooted in love and awareness.

✨ I’d be honored to support you in this journey. ✨

I run two cleanse groups—one in English and one in ASL—so that you can join in the language and community that feels right for you.

This is the beginning of transformation.

Come join us. 💛
