What my clutter taught me about my nervous system

Hi beautiful,


For years, I didn’t realize how much my clutter was speaking to me.


My home was full — drawers, counters, closets — and so was my mind.I felt busy, scattered, and often overwhelmed, even when nothing “big” was happening.


What I slowly began to notice was this:the more I cleared my physical space, the clearer my thinking became.


This didn’t happen overnight.It’s been a gradual process over the last five years — one small decision at a time.


The Healthy Habits Course has been a driving force in this journey. It helped me understand something I had never been taught:

my environment directly affects how I move through the world.


Most people don’t realize how deeply their space affects their energy.


A cluttered home creates a cluttered nervous system.An orderly space creates safety.
