The Time to Take Care of Yourself Is Now


So often I hear clients say, “I’ll do that later. The time isn’t right now.”But here’s the truth—there’s rarely ever a “perfect” time. Not for exercising, cooking your own meals, starting a new habit, or even for having kids.

 

It’s never time—until you make the time.

 

I once heard someone say, “When my kids graduate, I’ll finally start taking care of myself.”

But wouldn’t it be better for you—and for them—if you actually started now?
