Then I learned one small but powerful truth from Ayurveda:

 

When you eat is just as important as what you eat.

 

We are animals — part of this great rhythm of nature. The sun, the seasons, and the cycles of the day affect everything, including how well we digest.

 

Think of your digestive fire like the sun:

 

🌅 Morning:When the sun rises, its warmth is soft and gentle — just like our digestion. A small, nourishing breakfast is all we need to stoke the fire and get it started.

 

☀️ Midday:When the sun is high, it’s at its strongest. So is our digestive fire. This is the best time to have your largest meal — when your body can fully break down and absorb what you eat.

 

🌇 Evening:As the sun sets, its energy softens — and our digestion does too. This is the time for a light, easy-to-digest meal that carries you through the night with ease.

 

When we eat in rhythm with nature, we support both digestive ease and mental balance.
