When I was invited to join a group cleanse, I was curious. At first, it felt overwhelming—so many changes all at once! I even questioned if I had made the right decision. But as my body began to detox, something powerful happened: I was forced to rest. My body had been asking for that all along.


By the end of the cleanse, I felt like a new person. My mind was clearer than it had been in years, my energy shot up, and I felt deeply connected again—to myself, to my body, and to my relationships. I felt reborn.
