Growth on Steroids

Hello Beautiful Souls,

Our cleanse groups have officially begun, and the journeys are underway! I’ll be honest—my own start hasn’t been easy. Getting into the rhythm of cleansing has brought up resistance, the tug of old habits, and even a little peer pressure (yes, that sorbet was calling my name!).

But that’s what this process is about—pausing, slowing down, and reorienting ourselves to where we truly want to go. Life has a way of molding us into directions we never intended to go, especially when we aren’t grounded in our intentions. Without mindful direction, we can find ourselves burned out, disconnected, or in relationships and routines that don’t nourish us.

When we start making shifts in our health and well-being, our old habits often try to pull us back. There are deep, unconscious reasons why we cling to comfort foods or avoid taking action on the changes we long for. Yet what I’ve noticed—both in myself and in the people I work with—is that when we make intentional shifts in a group setting, something powerful happens.

Community brings accountability.

Community brings inspiration.

Community reminds us that we’re not alone.

When one of us is feeling low, another lifts us up. When motivation wanes, someone else’s spark reignites our own. That’s the beauty of healing and growing together.

If you’re longing to make a change in your life and don’t know where to start, reach out. I’m here for you. Let’s walk this path of intention, nourishment, and transformation—side by side.

With love and grounded energy,
