I bit more off than I could chew.....

Dear Lovely,

I want to share something personal with you — not just as an update, but as an invitation to reflect on your own pace, your own calendar, your own well-being.

Recently, I found myself doing something I’ve done many times before: overbooking myself out of sheer excitement. I was truly thrilled to offer Thriving Thursdays on IG Live and Meditation Mondays, both in ASL. I mapped it all out, heart full, calendar packed. But here’s what I’ve realized…

I can't continue with those offerings right now. And rather than ghosting or pushing through, I want to practice something different: honoring my integrity and communicating clearly.

After the move from Taos to Santa Fe, I’ve been reorienting not just my location but my life. And what’s becoming clearer each day is this: when I am spread too thin, I cannot offer anything meaningful. And that’s not what I want for you, or for me.

This morning, I carved out a little space just for myself. And in that quiet, I was finally able to feel some grief, sadness and anger I hadn’t realized I’d been carrying. Afterward, the tension I’d been holding — the shortness in my tone, my patience, my breath — softened.

This is what space gives us. It helps us come home to ourselves.

So here’s what I’d love for you to consider:

Are you so scheduled that you don’t have time to feel your life?Is there space in your days to digest what’s actually happening inside and around you?

I believe the most meaningful lives aren’t the fullest calendars — they’re the ones that include room for breath, grief, wonder, and rest.

If this resonates with you, I offer complimentary 1:1 sessions to explore whether working together in a wellness mentorship container could support the kind of transformational shift you’re longing for. Sometimes carving some space out for yourself, having someone hold space and walk alongside you makes all the difference.

Thank you for being here,

Catherine
