I struggled with irregular bowel movements for as long as I can remember. I tried all sorts of things, but nothing truly helped — until I committed to seasonal cleansing and built in daily rhythms through my Healthy Habits Course. Since then, my digestion has completely shifted. I now have consistent, complete poops every morning (yes, we’re going there!) — and that regularity has brought mental clarity, lightness, and a big boost of natural energy.

 

What many people don’t realize is that digestion isn’t just about food — it’s deeply connected to your nervous system.

 When your body is stuck in stress mode (fight or flight), your ability to digest and eliminate properly shuts down. That affects not just your bathroom schedule, but your body’s ability to absorb nutrients, regulate mood, and maintain consistent energy.
