Sometimes people are curious about the cleanse… but also a little nervous and that’s normal.
You might wonder:
Will I be hungry and can my body handle this shift?
Will it be too strict and will I actually follow through??
Will I be able to keep up with my normal life?
So I want to share a little about what the experience is actually like.
The 12-Day Cleanse is not about perfection.
It’s about creating space for your body to reset so you can truly connect with yourself.
We clear the body so you can connect inward and trust what you know.
During the cleanse you will be:
• Nourishing your body with simple, supportive foods
• Reducing common foods that can create inflammation
• Scheduling down time to connect with your inner knowing
• Gently reconnecting with your body’s signals
And you won’t be doing it alone.
Throughout the cleanse we meet together for 5 workshops, where I guide you through the process step by step. These sessions are a space to ask questions, learn more about what your body is experiencing, and feel supported by the group.
Many people tell me that this sense of community and guidance is what makes the experience so powerful.
By the end of the 12 days, people often feel:
More clear mentally and with focus like they didn't have before
More grounded upon waking up after a good nights rest
More connected to themselves with a renewed sense of knowing what truly matters and living by it.
Not because they forced their body to change —but because they gave it the support it needed.
✨ If your body has been constipated followed by diarrhea and you are wondering if it will ever end, maybe this is a sign your body needs a different type of support.
