What Are Your Excuses Costing You? 💛

Let’s talk about excuses — and what they’re really costing us.

We all have them: “I’m too busy.” “Now’s not the right time.” “I’ll start next week.”But every time we make an excuse, we trade away a little piece of our energy, clarity, and self-trust.

What do excuses really cost us?

They create disconnection — from ourselves, from the people we love, and from the direction we’re meant to be moving in.

When we keep postponing our own care, our relationships suffer, our focus fades, and life starts to feel like we’re just going through the motions.

What if loving yourself meant no longer making excuses?

Loving yourself doesn’t mean perfection — it means presence.

It means that when anxiety rises, you take time to sit with it instead of pushing it away.

It means choosing nourishing food over junk food because you care about how you feel.

It means creating a schedule that supports you instead of sprinting through the day running on fumes.

One way of loving yourself is through action.

And when you start showing up for yourself in this way, everything begins to shift.

Clients in my group cleanses and 1:1 wellness mentorship often share how—once they begin to truly love themselves through their daily habits—new doors open.

Clarity flows in.Synchronicities appear.Life starts to feel aligned again.

If you’re ready to stop making excuses and start choosing you, I invite you to join our upcoming Fall Cleanse — a space to reset your energy, reconnect with your body, and return to love.
