What I Witnessed Brought Me To Tears

Hi beautiful,

Have you ever felt like you were the only one afraid to go out on a limb?

Embarrassed when a hard conversation didn’t go the way you hoped?

Or carrying quiet shame around something you couldn’t seem to move past?

Me too.

For a long time, I carried heavy things in my heart and kept my insecurities to myself. When I finally chose to share honestly within a group, I was sure I’d be judged.

Instead, something beautiful happened.

I was supported, seen, understood. A healing took place.

You know, even though we came from very different walks of life, the same feelings are present — insecurity, the pull of perfectionism, and the quiet embarrassment we rarely speak out loud.

We so often believe "this only happened to me". But these experiences are common — even universal. When that realization landed in my body, everything felt lighter. I wasn’t alone anymore.

I witnessed this again in the last round of the Healthy Habits Course when one woman shared how overwhelmed and disconnected she felt.

Others nodded, placed hands on their hearts, and shared that they felt the same. The room softened. Relief moved in.

This is the magic of healing together.

When we are witnessed — not judged — connection grows, and change becomes gentler and more joyful.

If your heart has been craving this kind of support and connection, you are so welcome in the next round of Healthy Habits.

With Love,
